We ship within 1 day of receiving payment.  Please allow 3 to 5 business days to receive the item. The shipping cost is $10.00 per order. We ship USPS and UPS. If you need expedited shipping, please contact margaret@preppypalette.boutique to arrange.

What is your return policy?

All purchases made can be returned for store credit only as long as the items are unworn and still new with tags. Items must also be free of perfumes, smoke and laundry detergent. If we receive an item back that smells of perfume, smoke or laundry detergent, we will re send it back and not refund for the product. We will also deduct shipping charges from the remaining credit if there is one.  Read our policy for more details.
