Shipping policy

We ship within 1 day of receiving payment.  Please allow 3 to 5 business days to receive the item. The shipping cost is $10.00 per order. We ship USPS and UPS. If you need expedited shipping, please contact margaret@preppypalette.boutique to arrange. 

Additional Info

Preppy Palette is not responsible for orders that have been lost or damaged in the mail.   Preppy Palette Boutique is also not responsible for orders marked delivered. USPS or UPS is responsible for all orders once an order is shipped out. Please contact your local post office to file a claim. If your tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact your local post office directly to investigate the issue and file a claim with them. 

We cannot be held accountable for orders that confirm the order has been delivered to your address. It is up to the customer to provide the correct shipping address when placing the order. If you do find you entered a wrong address, please contact margaret@preppypalette.boutique immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to correct this before your order is shipped. If you provide us with an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, customer will be responsible for paying shipping charges for the package to be re-shipped to them.
