When will I get my package?
We ship within 1 day of receiving payment.  Please allow 3 to 5 business days to receive the item. The shipping cost is $10.00 per order. We ship USPS and UPS. If you need expedited shipping, please contact to arrange.

Preppy Palette is not responsible for orders that have been lost or damaged in the mail.   Preppy Palette Boutique is also not responsible for orders marked delivered. USPS or UPS is responsible for all orders once an order is shipped out. Please contact your local post office to file a claim. If your tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact your local post office directly to investigate the issue and file a claim with them. 

We cannot be held accountable for orders that confirm the order has been delivered to your address. It is up to the customer to provide the correct shipping address when placing the order. If you do find you entered a wrong address, please contact immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to correct this before your order is shipped. If you provide us with an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, customer will be responsible for paying shipping charges for the package to be re-shipped to them.

What is your return policy?
All purchases made can be returned for store credit only as long as the items are unworn and still new with tags. Items must also be free of perfumes, smoke and laundry detergent. If we receive an item back that smells of perfume, smoke or laundry detergent, we will re send it back and not refund for the product. We will also deduct shipping charges from the remaining credit if there is one. 

All return and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. You must notify within 7 business days of receiving the item that the customer plans on returning. Email the reason for the return and order number. If we do not receive an email requesting a return within the 7 day period, the item cannot be returned.  We accept returns 14 business days after receipt.  All items must be new, unworn and have tags attached for a store credit.
